Terms of Service

We provide software development and consulting services, including web application development, API and systems integration, technical advisory, and ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are defined in a written quote or Agreement before work begins.

Work is priced per project or hourly as stated in the quote. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless the Agreement states otherwise, by card or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We may pause work on accounts with overdue invoices after written notice. Quoted prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are itemized on the invoice where required.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins. We will never bill for out-of-scope work you haven't approved in writing.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your engagement. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and general-purpose code we bring to the project, and grant you a perpetual license to use them as embedded in your deliverables.

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Defects in delivered work reported within 30 days of delivery will be corrected at no charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You are responsible for fees covering work performed up to the termination date; any unused prepaid amounts are refunded per our refund policy.
