Privacy Policy

When you contact us or engage us for work, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business details, and the contents of our correspondence. When you pay an invoice, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the payment details needed to process the transaction.

This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing scripts.

We use your information to communicate about projects, deliver services, issue invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we share it only with service providers necessary to operate the business (such as Stripe for payments and our email provider), or where required by law.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. Stripe's handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We keep correspondence and billing records for as long as needed to support our work together and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements, then delete them. Records are stored in access-controlled, industry-standard services.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing ryan@streetyent.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
